Training Matrix Application

This application manages employee training requirements by mapping courses to job roles and tracking completion status. It provides visibility into which employees need which training and alerts before certifications expire.

Required Data

The following data entities must be populated to enable full functionality:

  • Courses - Master catalogue of all available training courses
  • Jobs - Job role definitions in your organization
  • Employees - Employee directory with job assignments
  • Job-Course Matrix - Mapping of required courses for each job role
  • Training Records - Tracking of employee training completions and status
  • Alert Configuration - Settings for notification alerts before training expires

Getting Started

  1. Import sample data using the button below (optional)
  2. Add course information to the Courses section
  3. Define job roles in the Jobs section
  4. Add employees to the Employees section and assign their jobs
  5. Configure the Job-Course Matrix to assign required courses to each job
  6. Add training records as employees complete courses
  7. Configure alert settings in Alert Configuration
